Returns & Claims

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted without prior authorization.

Customers should inspect all products immediately upon receipt.

Any shipping damage, shortages, or manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days after delivery.

Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Customized, OEM, ODM, or special-order products are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

HANFLOW reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any warranty claim or replacement.
