HANFLOW warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

If a product is confirmed to be defective due to manufacturing issues, HANFLOW will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product.
